BACKGROUND

Brand new 3G operator 3 (formerly Hi3G, part of Hutchison Whampoa) were hooked on a concept for a new format of multimedia

SMS-greetings brought to them by concept developer Anders Andersson and illustrator Lars Rehnberg. Houdini joined the team to bring the little messenger character to life.

CHALLENGE

Finding ways of packaging everyday messages such as "I love you" or "Please call

me" in a fun and attractive way that made the most of a pretty original illustrated character.

RESULT

Houdini whipped out a series of cool little animations in Flash that were converted to MPG format.
