BACKGROUND
Ericsson want to encourage their employees to better themselves and strive upwards in the organization. To facilitate this, they asked for an interactive online interview application where people

could assess their own abilities and find out if they had what it took to apply for a certain position.

CHALLENGE
Ericsson wanted the tool to be clean and easy to understand and take the applicant through the whole process without fuss or complications. The application also had to deliver a crystal clear

report on how the applicant matched up to the requirements for the job in question.

RESULT
Houdini designed and built an efficient tool that streamlines the internal recruitment process.
