BACKGROUND
BR-111, Brazil's biggest hardwood flooring manufacturer, has many thousand retail reps in the US but are competing for their attention with many other hardwood flooring brands. They needed to reach top-of-mind status and also educate the sales people in the many aspects of hardwood flooring. The solution was to set up a rewards program, tied in with an eLearning module.

CHALLENGE
The eLearning part of the retail awards program,

called Learn To Earn, was incredibly strapped for time. Houdini had to finish a script, get in the studio and shoot it and program the whole production in only two weeks. The bulk of the production was produced in Sweden but implemented in the US.

RESULT
Houdini pulled out all the stops and delivered a state-of-the art interactive video production with full database connectivity and an interactive examination quiz that ensured sales reps had fully understood the training.
