BACKGROUND
Returning
to Houdini for the third time, DHL had decided to promote the powerful
import service Import Express by combining a traditional
|
direct
marketing effort with a web site where visitors could learn more
about the product and register to know even more. The site also featured
a quiz game where visitors could win a holiday in Singapore.
CHALLENGE
The
ambition was to get as many receivers of the DM material as possible to
visit the site, play the
|
game, register and fill out a survey. To maximize the use of the survey
results, the backend solution had to be very flexible and allow for various
types of filtering by DHL.
RESULTS
About
one in four of the recipients registered, played the game and completed
the survey.
