BACKGROUND
OKQ8, a major gasoline chain with more than 750 stations, needed to improve the sales efficiency of their staff.

CHALLENGE
The videos had to be short, to-the-point and engaging, while also allowing each individual gas station attendant to identify wit what was being said and how it related to his or her daily activities, to ensure knowledge retention.

RESULT
Houdini produced a series of entertaining, easy-going video-based scenarios that offered gentle suggestions on how upselling can be done in a friendly, casual manner without offending the customer.
