BACKGROUND

Optics retailer Synsam asked their ad agency Marrakech for something that would help educate their employees about the option for customers to make part payments on their purchases.

CHALLENGE

How to engage busy store personnel and make them spend some time at their computer, as

well as make them see how customers would appreciate the real benefits of part payments?

RESULT

Houdini developed a tournament where stores across the country competed against each other and played a scenario-based game where their knowledge of part-payments would pay off.
